Bristol Christmas Market

German Events is the successful operator of major events throughout the UK. Navigation Agency was appointed to create and deliver a marketing communications campaign to support one of their key projects – The Bristol Christmas Market. The Christmas Market takes place in the shopping district of Bristol, running for 7 weeks through to 23rd December.

Navigation Agency developed a comprehensive marketing plan and brought this to life through a multi-channel programme of local media – both on and offline.

For the first time Bristol Christmas Market was promoted on TV with the agency creating the campaign, and broadcast using targeted Sky and ITV.

A key element of the campaign was the delivery of a comprehensive social media plan – utilising both organic and paid posts. The campaign received great engagement with a reach of 750k.

Local partnerships were also developed including 2 charity partnerships with charities St Mungo’s and The Grand Appeal, for Bristol’s Children’s Hospital raising vital funds for both.
