The Mad Butcher is new to the UK, they have a range of Gourmet Meat Snacks, all imported from France and Belgium, consisting of air dried Chorizo Bites, Salami Bites and Salami Sticks, as well as Classic Pork and Chilli Pork smoked packs.

They are a great accompaniment to Beer and Wine, or simply enjoyed on their own!
